How to improve the efficiency of deaerator?

Deaerator is one of the key equipments in boiler and heating system. If the deaerator has poor deaerating ability, it will cause serious corrosion loss to boiler water supply pipe, economizer and other auxiliary equipments, the economic losses will be tens or hundreds of times the cost of deaerator

1, check the sampler, laboratory drugs, equipment operation and use of whether there are any problems, defects, and timely correction.

2. In the course of deaerator operation, if the oxygen content in the effluent is found to be over the standard, the dosage of diamine should be increased at the same time as the cause is analyzed in time, and in the water temperature, water pH, the content of hydrazine in the water and other indicators control as far as possible within the high limit of its index range, improve the effect of chemical deoxygenation dosing, as far as possible to adjust the index to the qualified range in time.

3. Check the operating pressure, water temperature and water level of the deaerator, strengthen the adjustment, and keep the water quantity stable, strictly control the deaerator operation according to the deaerator design parameters, in the deaerator operation to achieve the saturation temperature of water at saturated pressure, that is, according to “Henry's law” so that the water is always boiling, so that the partial pressure of gas in the water to zero, zero solubility, when the boiling point is 100 ° C, the dissolved oxygen content in the water is zero, and when the water is heated to 99 ° C (1 ° C below the boiling point) , the residual oxygen content in the water can be as high as 0.1 mg/L. 

4. Check the operating load of the deaerator, try to prevent the deaerator from overloading, which causes the deaerator to exceed the designed operating capacity and fail to achieve the ideal effect, the original 65 mm diameter exhaust pipe was changed into 108 mm diameter exhaust pipe to increase the steam discharge, thus effectively improving the deoxidization effect.

 5. Check whether the inner device of the deaerator is damaged, whether the inner packing is evenly distributed, to ensure the water distribution effect, the top water distribution nozzle of the deaerator falls off and is damaged, which seriously affects the atomization and water distribution effect of the deaerator, because of the large surface tension of water, the gas in the water can not be released from the water in time, which seriously affects the effect of oxygen removal, the original copper nozzle is changed into stainless steel material to avoid falling off and damaging in operation, thus ensuring the operation of the deaerator. 

6. When the water is fog-like, it is advantageous for the bubble to escape. The water layer through which the bubble passes is very thin, but it is disadvantageous for the diffusion process of the dissolved gas, because of the large surface tension of tiny water droplets, dissolved gases can not easily diffuse through the surface of small water droplets. So too much exhaust, not necessarily oxygen content will be further reduced, but will cause a large number of heat loss. 

7. Increase the water pressure of deaerator properly, ensure the atomization effect of the deaerator nozzle, ensure the steam in full contact with the atomized water, improve the deaerator effect. 

8. Strengthen water quality monitoring of returning condensate, communicate with upstream unit in time if water quality is abnormal, cut out medium-pressure condensate in time to ensure inlet water quality of deaerator.
